Dear Sir,
I am a tourist who participated in a travelling activity arranged by your
agency. I am writing this letter to make complaints about the service provided
by your company.
The reasons for my dissatisfaction are as follows. To begin with, the price
offered is not as reasonable as that provided by other agencies. In addition,
several facilities in the hotel are in poor operation, which has caused much
inconvenience for us while enjoying our travelling. Last but not least, the
service attitude is far from satisfactory, and the guide was not hospitable as
expected when I was inquiring about relevant information.
I sincerely hope that my complaints would be taken into full consideration.
