2021年考研英语一图画作文深度解析

一、审题

审题时，先看文字，再看图片。本图中，左边是一个穿着演出服装（costume）、手拿一根长棍（stick）的儿童（kid），站在自己父亲跟前问到“爸爸，好多同学觉得唱戏不好玩”；右边中的这位父亲，面带微笑，说到“你自己不是喜欢吗？那就足够了”。分析图画元素后，利用相应的语法句型，如定语从句、现在分词等，描写人物的动作和表情，皆可得出第一段描图的句子。同时，由图画得知，该“父亲”的表述重在表达“爱好”、“兴趣”的重要性，故可将为“根据爱好、兴趣选择自己的学习、成长及事业等方向”，作为正向主题进行论述，此时，第二段、第三段的论述便一气呵成。

【第一段】

As is distinctively depicted in the illustrating cartoon, a father (1) on the left side on the cartoon is answering his child’s question. (2)The kid wears beautiful costumes and holds a long stick. He tells his father that many of his classmates  are not interested in learning to act in an opera. And his father (3) thinks that he can learn it since he likes it. It is obvious that the kid can choose (4)he learns according to his hobby and interest.  

（1）删除无意义的修饰成分；

（2）采用现在分词短语做状语体现语法素养，用fancy 替换beautiful；用feel tired of 替换 not interested in sth.体现词汇素养；

（3）采用短语take the attitude that替换think；

采用acquire the skill 替换 learn it;

（4）缺少连接词what；

As is distinctly depicted in the illustrating cartoon, a father is answering his child’s question. The kid, wearing fancy costumes and holding a long stick, tells his father that many of his classmates feel tired of learning to act in an opera. And his father takes the attitude that he can acquire the skill since he likes it. It is obvious that the kid can choose what he learns according to his hobby and interest.

 

【第二段】

What a wise man once put happens to be the implication of the cartoon: (1) make efforts can make remarkable success. In other words, the industrious and insightful individual will never fail to stress the fundamental role of (2) interests. This can be exemplified by the case of Elon Musk. As the president of the Space X and Tesla, he is convinced that it is （3）his interest that significantly contributes to his present achievement, making it easier for him to survive in this competitive commercial world. No wonder the author intends to warn us（4） to pay attention to our interests.

(1) 第一句引出主旨，应该采用动名词做主语，并同时把主旨词表达精确；

(2) 复现主题词时，要避免枯燥的重复，应做到变换用词，并通过添加修饰成分使信息词更加丰富；

(3) 添加符合人物的具体信息，使内容更加贴切、语言更加通顺；

(4) 再次强调主题，应注意准确表达，使之在素材中做到“意思重复，语言多变”；

【第二段】

What a wise man once put happens to be the implication of the cartoon: making efforts according to your hobbies and interests can make remarkable success. In other words, the industrious and insightful individual will never fail to stress the fundamental role of interests when choosing his major and career. This can be exemplified by the case of Elon Musk. As the president of the Space X and Tesla, he is convinced that it is his interest to explore the deep space that significantly contributes to his present achievement, making it easier for him to survive in this competitive commercial world. No wonder the author intends to warn us to choose our career and make efforts based on our hobbies.

 

【第三段】

I used to wonder and ponder whether I could (1) do it from my interest. With the enlightenment from the picture, I am determined to spare no efforts to stick to this principle without any hesitation. Therefore, with the good fortune from （2）my interest to choose my career and dreams, I can proceed more smoothly and realize my dreams more rapidly.

(1) it 指代不明；介词from较为低级，意思表述不清；

(2)此处主题词的重复较为复杂，结尾句简洁明了皆可。

 

 

【第三段】

I used to wonder and ponder whether I could make decisions based on my interest. With the enlightenment from the picture, I am determined to spare no efforts to stick to this principle without any hesitation. Therefore, with the good fortune from my interest, I can proceed more smoothly and realize my dreams more rapidly.  

三、靓词

fancy a. 精致的；

costume a. 服装，戏服；

feel tired of   v. 对…感到厌烦；

takes the attitude that  v. 认为;

happen to be  碰巧是;

hobby  n. 爱好;
